Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）Creates technical documentation like user manuals, service manuals, quick reference guides etc.Maintains the technical documentation as needed through ECR/ECN process.Performs translation of technical materials between Chinese and foreign languages, primarily English. Ability to handle extra languages will be a plus.Writes supporting documents for products and projects such as product specifications, engineering specifications, etc.Organizes and controls the archiving, indexing, retrieving and flowing of technical documentation in physical and digital forms among multiple functionsEnsures the security and completeness of the technical information in storage and circulationInteracts with cross functional stakeholders in Engineering, Operation, After-service etc.span>

Prerequisites（任职必要条件）

Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（学历/技能/专业知识/经历）
Bachelor or above Engineering degree with excellent English skills0-3 years experience in writing technical documentationAbility to use software tools like Adobe Framemaker, MS offices, PhotoshopsGrammar and wording accuracy in translations between different languagesProficiency in editing text, pictures, graphics, figures, and tables in documentationGood planner, coordinator, and organizerSmoothly handle communications with peers in remote locations domestic and abroadDisciplined to work processes, procedures, and instructionsComfortable with making and delivering commitmentsAttention to detail and strive for excellent work qualityTeam player, self-motivated, open minded for assignments and learningA proactive problem solver and fast responder
